Congressman Dan Goldman Pushes to Protect Workers' Right to Organize Nationwide

Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) joined Congressman Robert C. ‘Bobby’ Scott (VA-03) in introducing the ‘Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act’, which would strengthen federal laws that protect workers’ right to form and join unions and negotiate for higher wages and better benefits. 

Congressman Goldman is committed to fighting for the rights of all workers. In January, he led a letter with 62 of his colleagues urging REI and their Board of Directors to commit to expeditiously negotiating a fair collective bargaining agreement with unionized employees across 10 of its stores, including its flagship SoHo store.
