Statement from Congressman Dan Goldman on the Verdict Against Senator Bob Menendez

Washington, DC – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) today issued the following statement on the guilty verdict in United States of America v. Robert Menendez.

“Senator Menendez was entitled to due process to determine whether he committed a crime, and now an impartial jury of 12 of his peers has unanimously found him guilty. Senator Menendez should now resign.”
