Congressman Dan Goldman Pushes Against Musk Access to Department of Labor Data
Congressman Dan Goldman joined Congressman Herb Conaway Jr. (NJ-03), Congressman Mark Pocan (WI-02) and 137 of his Democratic colleagues in sending a bicameral letter to Acting Secretary of Labor Vince Miccone, expressing serious concerns regarding reports that Elon Musk and DOGE are being granted access to the Department of Labor’s internal systems and data.
Congressman Goldman remains committed to combating Elon Musk and DOGE’s lawless attempts at accessing Americans’ personal information. In February of this year, Congressman Goldman cosponsored the ‘Taxpayer Data Protection Act,’ which would prevent unlawful access to Americans’ most sensitive personal information in response to Elon Musk and Republicans’ power grab at the U.S. Treasury.
