Washington D.C. – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) joined Congressman Adam Schiff (CA-30) to introduce the ‘Equal Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act,’ which would repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA). The PLCAA, passed by Congress in 2005, has protected gun manufacturers from lawsuits and undermined the admissibility of gun trace information in civil proceedings.
