Washington, DC – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) today issued the following statement after the Biden Administration announced that it would be redesignating Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Venezuelan migrants who came to the United States on or before July 31, 2023, as well as expediting the work authorization process for applicants.
