New York, NY – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) today led seven members of the New York City delegation in a letter requesting from the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), as the federal regulating body for e-vehicle safety, an update on their plans to hold manufacturers accountable if they do not meet minimum battery safety standards, as well as next steps for enforcing compliance.
