Washington, DC – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) and Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (TX-30) today re-introduced the 'Abortion Care Awareness Act,' which would increase access to medically accurate information about abortion, including medication abortion. Additionally, this bill would ensure people have access to accurate information about where and how to obtain abortion services across the country, how to avoid anti-abortion centers intended to deceive patients, and how to identify misinformation about abortion care.

Washington, DC – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) once again condemned Trump’s most recent comment alluding to a third term in office, where he stated unequivocally that he was ‘not joking’ about running for a third term. Back in November, Congressman Goldman saw Trump’s ‘jokes’ for what they were – trial balloons. In response, Goldman introduced a House Resolution urging his congressional colleagues to reaffirm the 22nd Amendment’s plain prohibition on any president serving beyond two elected terms in office.

Since House Republicans terminated states’ ability to use federal money to reimburse victims of SNAP fraud on December 20th, 2024, Red Hook Initiative, a local community-based organization, has filed 85 individual claims for reimbursement, totaling over $40,000 of benefits stolen.
