New York, NY – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) was today joined by Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso, organized labor, and industrial workforce and energy advocates for a press conference slamming the Trump administration’s unlawful stop work order for the fully-permitted Empire Wind 1 wind farm — the second-largest wind farm project in New York State — and urging the administration to reverse course.

Noem, the federal case concerning the Trump administration's unlawful deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

"The spectacle in the Oval Office yesterday with Presidents Trump and Bukele was disgraceful: two self-proclaimed “strongmen” acting powerless to return an illegally deported man from an El Salvadorian torture prison — despite a unanimous ruling from the Supreme Court — and even threatening to send American citizens to those same prisons.

Kennedy Jr. to reverse cuts to National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) staff that provide critical support for the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP).

Washington, DC – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) and Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (TX-30) today re-introduced the 'Abortion Care Awareness Act,' which would increase access to medically accurate information about abortion, including medication abortion. Additionally, this bill would ensure people have access to accurate information about where and how to obtain abortion services across the country, how to avoid anti-abortion centers intended to deceive patients, and how to identify misinformation about abortion care.
