Washington, DC – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) last week led 4 of his colleagues in sending a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi demanding she appoints an independent special counsel to investigate the security breach involving senior Trump officials sharing classified military plans on an unsecured messaging app. 

Washington, DC – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) once again condemned Trump’s most recent comment alluding to a third term in office, where he stated unequivocally that he was ‘not joking’ about running for a third term. Back in November, Congressman Goldman saw Trump’s ‘jokes’ for what they were – trial balloons. In response, Goldman introduced a House Resolution urging his congressional colleagues to reaffirm the 22nd Amendment’s plain prohibition on any president serving beyond two elected terms in office.

Dan Goldman (NY-10) on his support for the draft master plan for the Brooklyn Marine Terminal that has been developed by the City, the New York City Economic Development Corporation, and the Brooklyn Marine Terminal Task Force. New York, NY – Congressman Dan Goldman today released the following statement after Donald Trump told NBC’s Kristen Welker that he was in fact ‘not joking’ about attempting to serve a third term as President.

“Donald Trump’s illegal, pretextual, and destructive Executive Order attempting to eliminate collective bargaining for two-thirds of the federal workforce is an unacceptable attack on hardworking public servants and the fundamental rights of all workers around the country. 

New York, NY – Congressman Dan Goldman (NY-10) today, alongside Assemblymember Marcela Mitaynes, Senator Andrew Goundares, Assemblymember Grace Lee, Assemblymember Jessica González-Rojas, local elected officials, advocates, and impacted New Yorkers, hosted a press conference to demand a comprehensive change to state and federal law to address the urgent issue of stolen EBT benefits. Since House Republicans terminated states’ ability to use federal money to reimburse victims of SNAP fraud on December 20th, 2024, Red Hook Initiative, a local community-based organization, has filed 85 individual claims for reimbursement, totaling over $40,000 of benefits stolen.

Washington, DC – Congressmen Dan Goldman (NY-10) and Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) led 96 of their colleagues in sending a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum urging them to immediately reinstate legal services for over 26,000 unaccompanied migrant children in the United States.
